Offers the services of Certified Recovery Coaches/Peer support specialist, who work both one-on-one with people on all paths to recovery to help them plan and make positive improvement in their lives, as well as with their families. Recovery Coaches also help guide people in recovery to finding resources such as detox and treatment, housing, food, heat, clothing, and transportation, and resources for improving relationships and getting connected with others in recovery with whom they can relate.

Supports the successful re-entry into the community of people released from incarceration through Circles of Support and Accountability (COSAs). COSAs are made up of citizen volunteers who work with participants to help them learn to manage the challenges of everyday life, be accountable for their actions and become responsible community members. Volunteer coordinators may help establish links to employment, housing, transportation, and benefit programs.

Provides assistance and education to protect consumers from financial fraud, and offers help with filing complaints. Regulates state-chartered banks, credit unions, and lenders, and can answer related questions and concerns. Provides information about mortgage assistance programs, approved reverse mortgage counselors, and foreclosure filing. Also enables consumers to check to see if their lender is licensed.

Provides preventive health care, as well as diagnosis and treatment of illness in children, adolescents and adults. Services include primary medical care such as physical health examinations, immunizations, acute and chronic health screenings, obstetric care, laboratory testing, and birth control counseling. Provides onsite integrated health services to enhance access to appropriate prevention, treatment, recovery and wellness services and activities. Pediatric primary care is staffed by specialists who are concerned with the physical, emotional and social health of infants, children and adolescents from birth to young adulthood.

Provides an interactive training designed to help adults protect children from child trafficking situations. The training helps adults recognize the signs of child trafficking, understand risks and protective factors and create safe environments.

Provides information about winter driving safety tips, teen driving tips, and motorcycle safety tips.

The process generally involves analysis of the individual's income, expenses, debts, taxes and other factors to create a personal financial assessment; development of a budget for basic living expenses. Also offers workshops that address a wide variety of money management issues including banking services, consumer credit lending, and debt consolidation/repayment.

Provides restorative panels and restitution case management to children and youth who have been adjudicated in family court. Restorative justice panels hold youth accountable to victims and their community. Case Managers provide follow-up services to assure that restorative conditions of probation are completed. Program also provides young offenders with an opportunity to learn new skills and participate in a variety of community service activities.

Offers ongoing support groups. Groups provide emotional support, information, and resources to help participants process and heal from their experiences.

Reach Up helps with identifying skills, abilities, interests, training or education needs, preparation for work, childcare costs, transportation costs, and work-related costs such as clothing, tools, and supplies. Each person on Reach Up works with a case manager to create a Family Development Plan. Benefits paid through direct deposit or EBT card. Child-Only Reach Up provides cash assistance to help eligible adults care for the minor, dependent children of relatives or family friends. Reach First helps families overcome temporary, short-term financial crises and avoid the need for longer-term assistance, providing case management, financial help, and support services. Reach Ahead helps families transition from Vermont's Reach Up or Post-Secondary Education (PSE) programs to working, with supports to help maintain a job, including cash incentives for working and help paying for car repairs, work clothes, and work supplies, a 100% childcare subsidy, and a cash benefit for food.

Operates and manages public housing and subsidized housing units.

Provides consumers with a federally mandated, free credit report annually, as well as fraud and identity theft services, and a way for consumers to Opt-Out of offers of credit or insurance. Also offers a way to dispute information in a credit report.
