Provides an offender re-entry program that is designed to address and repair the harm done to the community and the offender's victims while reducing the barriers to successful re-entry of offenders back into the community as citizens.

Provides a confidential helpline staffed by trained counselors who offer crisis counseling to individuals in emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster. Counselors will provide information on how to recognize distress and the effects of disaster-related stress on individuals and families. Tips for healthy coping will be provided as well as referrals to federal, state, and regional agencies that will assist during periods of post-disaster stress. Specialized services available to the deaf, hard of hearing, and those with hearing loss.

Places individuals in paid community service positions, up to 20 hours per week, for the purpose of training and improvement of skills that may lead to permanent employment. Participants may be offered supportive services such as transportation, counseling, work equipment, and other supports.

Manages a home medical equipment loan and exchange program where individuals in need can either donate, borrow or exchange used in-home medical equipment that assists with daily living.

Provides mediation services through which disputes are resolved with the help of a mediator in an effort to avoid resorting to court intervention. Provides a residence that supports individuals going through an early episode of an extreme state, sometimes called psychosis, as an alternative to traditional hospitalization. Services focus on interpersonal relationships and being with the individual in need. Although medication is available to residents, it is not the first intervention. Provides a non-restrictive environment where residents are able to establish, maintain, and renew relationships and activities in the community.

Issues Social Security numbers and Social Security cards, as well as replacements for lost or stolen cards for all United States citizens. A Social Security card/number identifies the monthly benefits for individuals who are fully insured. Provides information about and assists with filing for social security benefits. Benefit amounts depend upon date of birth, wages earned, and the type of benefit.

Provides a safe online space that is anonymous and confidential where callers can speak on many different issues and concerns including, but not limited to: coming out issues, gender and/or sexuality identities, relationship concerns, bullying, workplace issues, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer sex information, suicide, and more.
