A trained 2-person team can meet the individual at home, workplace, or another community setting, providing support and comfort including safety plans, peer support, care coordination and follow up and, if needed, temporary overnight accommodation. Offers a youth crisis hotline, with an option of home visits. Batelle House provides crisis stabilization services for adults when screened through the Emergency Services programs. Also provides PUCK (Psychiatric Urgent Care for Kids), providing a safe alternative to the Emergency Department for youth experiencing a mental health crisis.
