Provides financial assistance to repair or replace failed or inadequate on-site wastewater and drinking water systems (usually a septic system or a well) for Vermonters disproportionately affected by COVID-19. Once eligibility has been verified, applicants who have not had the system failure confirmed by a licensed designer, engineer, or state official will schedule a visit with a state official who can confirm system failure. Failed systems that meet the eligibility criteria and been repaired or replaced after March 3, 2021 are also eligible to apply for funding.

Provides comprehensive medical care to individuals of all ages including physical exams, immunizations, and routine screenings, treatment of short-term injuries or illnesses, treatment of chronic illnesses, care for women during pregnancy and childbirth, family planning services, nutritional counseling, physical therapy, and other special programs.
