Other services include problem-solving support, employment goal-setting, budget counseling, tenant-landlord mediation, emergency food services, and emergency assistance with other basic needs such as utility payment assistance. Provides a program that empowers Vermonters to lead healthier lives through hands-on nutrition education. The Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is usually a six-session series held in home, school, or community settings. An online nutrition education series, Eat Smart, Move More, is also offered and participants can access lessons at their own pace while receiving one-on-one support from their closest EFNEP Educator via phone calls, zoom meetings, and emails. Topics covered may include meal planning and preparation, food budgeting with a limited income, food safety and preservation, and nutrition tips.

Assists individuals seeking to improve their money management skills in monthly bill paying, debt reduction, savings and credit reports and credit repair. The process generally involves analysis of the individual's income, expenses, debts, taxes and other factors to create a personal financial assessment and development of a budget for basic living expenses. Also offers workshops that address a wide variety of money management issues including banking services, consumer credit lending, and debt consolidation/repayment.

Provides limited financial assistance for individuals in need of eyeglasses.

Provides comprehensive specialized care via a team that includes a neurologist, speech and language pathologist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, nurse, nutritionist/dietician, clinical social worker, palliative care provider, and an ALS care services manager.

Provides nurses and/or other trained professionals who visit the homes of women during pregnancy and after childbirth to help the women improve their personal health and development during the prenatal period and learn to care for their infant. Services include at-home assessments for expectant mothers and infants, postpartum assessments, newborn evaluations, breastfeeding support, nutrition education, parenting information, family adjustment support, skilled nursing care if needed, and assistance with coordination of family services.
