Once eligibility has been verified, applicants who have not had the system failure confirmed by a licensed designer, engineer, or state official will schedule a visit with a state official who can confirm system failure. Failed systems that meet the eligibility criteria and been repaired or replaced after March 3, 2021 are also eligible to apply for funding.
