Supports the successful re-entry into the community of people released from incarceration through Circles of Support and Accountability (COSAs). COSAs are made up of citizen volunteers who work with participants to help them learn to manage the challenges of everyday life, be accountable for their actions and become responsible community members. Volunteer coordinators may help establish links to employment, housing, transportation, and benefit programs.

Provides a wide variety of mobility products including stair lifts (sales and installation), lift recliners, motorized scooters, power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, knee walkers, hospital beds, patient lifts and ramps for private homes, public schools or commercial enterprises. Also provides rentals of recliners, scooters, knee walkers, wheelchairs, hospital beds and ramps, and repairs may types of assistive equipment.

Provides rehabilitative therapies including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology to help individuals recovering from surgery, stroke or illness. Also provides pediatric rehabilitative therapies.

Provides flexibly scheduled and routed door-to-door (or curb-to-curb) transportation services for the general public. Coordinates and provides non-emergency medical transportation to health and wellness appointments, including for individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid or Senior Rides transportation programs. Offers transportation for individuals with mental health concerns and/or substance use disorder to support groups, job training and access, recovery centers, drug testing, and other services. Provides opportunities for volunteer drivers.

Provides small, limited community food services. Residents encouraged to take what they need and/or donate what they can in support of the pantry.

Provides a smartphone app (Transit) with real time bus information and trip planning.

Provides complaint resolution to the public, as well as purchase and protection tips, business and charity reviews, consumer purchase planning trends, and customer reviews. The organization also provides the BBB Military Line for retired, active, and reserve military consumers and their families. Services include consumer education, financial education, and dispute resolution.

Owns and manages affordable, income-based housing units.

Provides shelter to lost and unwanted pets, matches pets to be adopted with appropriate individuals and families, provides discounts for older pets to older adopters, and maintains information about local animal control contacts and other animal shelters to assist with finding lost pets.

Provides shelter for animals who have been abandoned, abused or surrendered by their owners. Services include animal adoption, pet food pantry, spay/neuter services, community education about pet care, and reporting of cruelty and neglect of animals to local authorities.

Coordinates/Provides transportation to medical appointments, as well as dental, vision, counseling, prescription pick-up, and other covered transportation services for eligible Medicaid recipients. Offers volunteer driving opportunities.

Offers a series of health-related workshops and presentations for the community, many of which are offered by health professionals. Information about local wellness programs is provided on line and is also published in flyer form. Topics include nutrition, chronic disease self-management, and health/disease specific support group meetings.

Provides used automobiles to persons with limited income and accepts both monetary donations and donations of automobiles in good working order.

Works with households to resolve emergencies involving home heat and electrical disconnection notices using programs and funds available and helping with applications. Electric heat assistance is limited to households with primary heat source of electricity or electricity that is essential to keeping other types of heating systems operational. The Wood Warms Program provides two free cords of wood to eligible households that heat entirely with wood or that supplement their primary heat source by burning wood.

Offers a combined partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program. Programming offers online support that provides the tools, stategies, and experiences that will help individuals become more resilient, empowered, and successful in living a meaningful and productive life. Provides computer and smartphone access to a comprehensive team of licensed therapists, substance abuse counselors, and psychiatric prescribers.

Provides curb-to-curb transportation services for individuals who are unable to use fixed-route public transportation due to a disability.

Offers employment, training, and support services to migrant workers, seasonal agricultural workers, and farm workers to assist them in obtaining permanent, full-time employment, either in agriculture or in some other line of work. Services provided to enrolled individuals may include emergency housing and limited rent assistance.

Provides a broad selection of recreational opportunities and leisure time activities.

Provides full dentistry services including preventive and restorative care, extractions, crowns and bridges, periodontal services, minor implant restorations, and dentures.
