Offers employment, training, and support services to migrant workers, seasonal agricultural workers, and farm workers to assist them in obtaining permanent, full-time employment, either in agriculture or in some other line of work. Services provided to enrolled individuals may include emergency housing and limited rent assistance.

PathStone is a non-profit community development and human service organization that creates and provides opportunities for farmworkers and other agricultural workers from low-income families and economically depressed communities to confront and overcome barriers that prevent them from gaining access to economic, educational, social, and political resources. PathStone operates the National Farmworker Job Program (NFJP) in Vermont.
