Offers option of payment plans if taxpayer cannot pay the full amount owed. Helps with the preparation of a heavy vehicle use tax return. Provides state income tax and related tax forms, schedules, and publications for individuals and corporate and business entities. Offers a substance free environment for peer support, educational programs, information and referral to needed services, recovery coaching, socializing, recreational activities, and meeting space for a variety of recovery workshops and meetings. They offer Narcan.

Works with households to resolve emergencies involving home heat and electrical disconnection notices using programs and funds available and helps with applications. Electric heat assistance is limited to households with primary heat source of electricity or electricity that is essential to keeping other types of heating systems operational. The Wood Warms Program provides two free cords of wood to eligible households that heat entirely with wood or that supplement their primary heat source by burning wood.

Offers home health care products and services for adults and children, including power and manual wheelchairs, scooters, walking and mobility aids, sleep therapy products, off-the-shelf orthotics, incontinence supplies, ramps and stairlifts, and compression garments.

Assists with such needs as personal needs items and emergency dental care (including extractions) for relief of pain, bleeding, and infection. Provides means to return to the state of legal residence for people who are stranded.

Provides spay services for pets who are pregnant or who have given birth. Once the pet is done weaning her babies and her milk has dried up, she will be spayed and receive any other medical care she needs, before being returned to her owner. All offspring will be kept by the Humane Society to be placed up for adoption. A fee will be collected from the owner prior to the pet returning home.

Provides free energy efficient appliances and other products to help reduce energy costs. Products may include refrigerators, clothes washers, water heaters, dehumidifiers, and energy-saving products, including low-flow shower heads, faucet aerators, and LEDs.
