Provides scouting programs through local troops and council activities, vacation week activity centers, day and overnight camps, and collaborations with other community organizations.

Provides a voluntary program for youth who have received a civil violation for underage drinking or possession of alcohol, or a civil violation for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, or for possession of 224mg or less of buprenorphine. The program consists of a substance abuse assessment, screening, an education program, and community service. Once YSASP clients successfully complete the program, their civil violation is voided.
