NeighborWorks of Western Vermont is a non-profit organization serving Addison, Bennington, and Rutland Counties. Services include home buyer education, financial counseling and homeownership coaching, down payment assistance loans, home energy audits, business energy audits, energy loans, home repair evaluations, and home repair loans. Neighborworks of Western Vermont has expanded its provision of its HEAT Squad program, a home energy efficiency audit program, to include Caledonia, Orleans, and Essex Counties.
