Provides a welcome baby visiting program in which a "Welcome Baby Visitor" will visit a family bringing a tote bag with a book for the baby; gifts for the family; local and state resource and services information; community activities calendars; and pamphlets on child health, safety and development.

Helps Vermonters with disabilities to find and keep meaningful employment. HireAbility VT works closely with employment specialists at Supported Employment Programs who provide a wide range of services designed to teach necessary skills, help a person transition into a job, and ensure that employers meet the needs of their employees.

Provides community-based supports to assist youth with successful transition to adulthood. Provides youth not sleeping at home services that include provision of shelter homes while team intervention helps to resolve issues of conflict or stress. Offers intensive support programs to facilitate skills development in community-based and home settings. Respite Services provide hourly and overnight mentoring and supervision to enhance family functioning. Emergency overnight respite alleviates stressors impacting client and family functioning.

Provides physical health exams, acute and chronic health care, immunizations, women's health screenings, limited mental health counseling by appointment, lab and blood work, x-rays, and assistance with finding affordable prescription medications. Provides patient-centered physical and mental health care delivered by a team of primary care and mental health clinicians .The clinics also provides referrals to other health and non-health services, and will screen patients and callers for eligibility for other health services and public insurance programs, as well as assisting with the application process. Also hold diabetes education classes. This location also serves as an Express Care urgent care clinic.

Provides preventive health care as well as diagnosis and treatment of illness in children, adolescents and adults. Services include primary medical care such as physical health examinations, acute and chronic health screenings, obstetric care, laboratory testing, teen family planning and birth control counseling. Pediatric primary care is staffed by specialists who are concerned with the physical, emotional and social health of infants, children and adolescents from birth to young adulthood.

Provides non-emergency air transportation in private aircraft by volunteer pilots so children and adults may access lifesaving medical diagnosis and treatment. Provides flights of compassion by helping family members reach critically ill, injured, or dying family members.

Head Start (ages 3-5) and Early Head Start (ages 0-3) provide high-quality education, healthy meals, medical and dental screenings, and holistic support for the entire family to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond. Head Start also connects families to social services and resources for housing, employment, education, food, health, mental health counseling, substance use disorder, domestic violence, English as a Secondary Language, and other family needs. Space is reserved for children with special needs (hearing, speech, vision impairment, emotional or physical challenges). Families with foster children are automatically eligible. A limited number of families that exceed the income guidelines can enroll.

Provides up to $75 (paid directly to vendor) for job and education related needs, including car repair, registration, insurance, work-related tools; uniforms, fees, and assistance with tuition and textbooks for persons in college or training that is likely to increase the chances of the person obtaining employment.

Provides Work Incentives Counselors who can help individuals decide whether to work, keep necessary benefits while they work, and avoid work/benefits conflicts. The program is also available to youth in high school who are in transition to adult life. Youth and their families can receive accurate information about the impact of employment on all Federal and State benefits they receive. Provides the Vermont Work/Benefits Helpline.

Provides HIPAA compliant virtual psychiatric support. Care includes navigating anxiety, grief, and caregiver stress. Offers psychiatric evaluations and medication management, therapy-informed approach focused on emotional resilience, and integrated care with individuals' primary doctor or therapist.

Answers questions related to the individual federal tax return, adjustments to tax accounts, taxes on wages or bank accounts, and IRS letters and notices. Offers option of payment plans if taxpayer cannot pay the full amount owed. Helps with the preparation of a heavy vehicle use tax return. Provides state income tax and related tax forms, schedules, and publications for individuals and corporate and business entities. Provides confidential, client-directed assistance in gaining access to government and community programs, including housing, transportation, Meals on Wheels, congregate meals, 3SquaresVT (food stamps), Medicaid, health-care insurance, rebates, adult day services, hoarding issues, and mental health services. Options Counseling is also available to enable older adults to maintain independence. Maintains a regional listing of in-home assistance providers available to assist seniors with continuing to live independently at home.
