Offers free clothing to individuals and families. Provision of fall and winter clothing is dependent upon types and sizes that have been donated.

Provides comprehensive services to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other pervasive developmental disorders. Individuals are assigned professional service coordinators who are responsible for clients' Individualized Support Agreements, and for assisting them in achieving success in the community. Services include personal support and case management; specialized residential programs; psychiatric and medical care; vocational and skill acquisition training; family support services; and support services to individuals in nursing homes. Provides a spectrum of supported living arrangements to meet the needs of each person. Clinical services for individuals include provision of a psychiatrist to provide evaluation, medication checks, and after-hours consultation on medication issues. Hears appeals of decisions by the Agency of Natural Resources including state land use permit decisions and state environmental permits. Also hears appeals from municipal land use zoning and planning decisions, as well as municipal land use enforcement cases, and enforcement actions brought by the Agency of Natural Resources and Natural Resources Board.

Provides services for opiate addiction including screening, intake, methadone maintenance, counseling services, and peer recovery support.

Offers a therapeutic riding program that fosters emotional growth, physical strength, communication skills, self-esteem, self-awareness, healing, and personal transformation. Offers summer week-long camps whose activities focus on improving campers' confidence and social skills while offering support for challenging behavior. Activities may include equestrian care and riding, hiking, farm and environment activities, and arts and crafts.

Provides individualized outpatient mental health and/or substance use disorder assessment and treatment services for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use issue. Also provides family, couples, and group mental health or substance use disorder counseling for families dealing with adolescent substance use disorder issues and provides group treatment services for adolescents.

Provides health care services at all community outpatient clinics. Homebound Veterans are served by Home Based Primary Care (HBPC). Additional services can include basic nursing services, telemedicine, patient advocacy, hospice care, and physical, occupational, or speech therapies through a Skilled Home Care service.

Provides weekday commuter bus service along routes 15 and 14. Also provides a commuter route connecting Morrisville with Waterbury along route 100.

Provides citizenship education classes that prepare individuals to take the oath of U.S. citizenship. Citizenship courses help immigrants develop an understanding of and appreciation for American culture, institutions and ideals; and focus on important events in U.S. history, the Constitution and its historic background, and the organization, powers and duties of federal, state and local governments.

Provides comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for women from puberty through the post-menopausal years. Services include well-woman exams, contraception, pregnancy and delivery services including midwifery services, pregnancy and childbirth education, as well as breastfeeding and post-partum support services. Services may also include menopausal and post-menopausal management services and urogynecology services.

Coordinates mutual support groups whose members are families and friends of people who have attempted suicide or died by suicide. Meetings focus on helping participants overcome feelings of helplessness and responsibility for the actions of the individual so they can express their grief, move through the bereavement process, and put their lives back together.

Offers volunteer opportunities throughout the growing season to help weed, plant, harvest, wash, and pack vegetables, increasing the amount of food VYCC is able to provide to Vermonters in need.
