Provides a program that empowers Vermonters to lead healthier lives through hands-on nutrition education. The Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is usually a six-session series held in home, school, or community settings. An online nutrition education series, Eat Smart, Move More, is also offered and participants can access lessons at their own pace while receiving one-on-one support from their closest EFNEP Educator via phone calls, zoom meetings, and emails. Topics covered may include meal planning and preparation, food budgeting with a limited income, food safety and preservation, and nutrition tips.

The program consists of a substance abuse assessment, screening, an education program, and community service.

Coupons and mail-in rebates may be available for energy-efficient lighting items and appliances. The website includes interactive tools to calculate current energy use for potential energy savings.

Free online class designed to support parents and caregivers in understanding and meeting their child's emotional needs, enhancing their ability to manage emotions, and fostering strong parent-child relationships. Incorporates equine partnerships to practice and integrate Circle of Security concepts.

Offers programs to educate consumers and connect them with the resources they need to increase energy efficiency and use of renewable and local energy sources. Encourages the development and responsible use of solar, wind, hydroelectric, geothermal, biomass and other renewable and/or sustainable energy sources and technologies as alternatives to fossil fuels and nuclear power. Connects Vermonters seeking guidance and assistance with volunteers who will discuss options available and offer assistance with completion of applications.

Provides comprehensive services to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other pervasive developmental disorders. Individuals are assigned professional service coordinators who are responsible for clients' Individualized Support Agreements, and for assisting them in achieving success in the community. Services include personal support and case management; specialized residential programs; psychiatric and medical care; vocational and skill acquisition training; family support services; and support services to individuals in nursing homes. Provides a spectrum of supported living arrangements to meet the needs of each person. Clinical services for individuals include provision of a psychiatrist to provide evaluation, medication checks, and after-hours consultation on medication issues. Also provides care coordination services.

Provides an individual employment coach that supports employment searches, the application process, resume writing, and interview coaching, as well as offering emotional support and peer guidance in securing employment.
