Provides a perinatal home visiting program that increases expectant and new parents' knowledge of and access to supports and services for their families. HEART home visitors are able to offer an array of support services, access to concrete supports, and referrals to additional programming and services. This program provides counseling, in the home, or via telemental health (online), or the office setting for mothers. For families who need a higher level of care, home visitors are able to refer families to their HEART home visiting perinatal mental health clinicians. The HEART In-Home Counseling program clinicians can address a variety of symptoms including depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD following a traumatic birth experience.

Offers a free, 10-session educational support group that serves pregnant and parenting women who are at risk for alcohol or drug misuse, or who are experiencing the effects of a partners' substance misuse. The group helps women understand the risks associated with substance use behavior and introduces strategies to overcome the challenges of substance use and raising a family. The program is designed to provide knowledge, build skills, and offer a safe and caring climate for pregnant and parenting women. Child care and meals are provided during program sessions.
