Offers job skills activities with vocational, social, and business skills training. Provides a wide range of volunteer opportunities. Through these programs ZP Participants contribute and benefit from the community.

Funds activities such as skiing and snowboarding lessons, race participation fees, season/day passes at Stowe Mountain Resort, Nordic skiing at Craftsbury Outdoor Center, as well as swimming lessons, indoor rock climbing, movement classes, kayaking, and paddleboard lessons. Also provides grants to support advanced training for adaptive coaches affiliated with partner organizations.

Also offers Veteran Ventures programs, CORE Connections wellness retreats and Eco-Able Environmental programs. Volunteers who are advanced intermediate level skier/riders, experienced cyclists, rock climbers, or paddlers are welcome to apply for the volunteer program.
