Coordinates trainings to all post permanence service providers and facilitates conferences that are held annually for professionals and families. Provides an online educational resource library.

Others include Early Months, for mothers and babies during the first few months after birth and Crawlers, Waddlers & Toddlers, for parents and early toddlers. Parenting classes are periodically offered. Additional workshops for adults also are available, including occasional computer literacy classes. Provides snacks and lunch.

Offers a free hot meal and opportunities to learn new skills to help them achieve their goals as fathers. Dads can learn new ways to manage stress and take care of themselves, or just come and spend time with their child.

Provides a range of programs for fathers, including drop-on to connect with other dads or get support from staff while enjoying coffee and snacks (Dads' Drop-in), a playgroup and dinner for dads and their children (Dads' Night), and individualized case management to help fathers work towards goals around parenting, getting basic needs met, and navigating systems (Dads Matter Case Management).
