Also covers long-term care in a nursing home or at home, and physical therapy. Medicaid for the Aged, Blind, or Disabled (MABD) is also available. Application and enrollment assistance is also provided for state health insurance programs, hospital and pharmaceutical patient financial assistance and medications.
