Champlain Housing Trust is a regional non-profit organization providing affordable housing, community development, property management,and financial services and education. Services include creation and preservation of affordable housing for individuals with low to moderate incomes, provision of homeownership education and services, and facilitation of community development and renewal in Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties.
