Provides list of approved Home Performance with Energy Star contractors who will perform home energy assessments for thermal issues related to insulation and air leakage, and a list of lending institutions that will provide reduced interest loans for making energy improvements recommended by an approved contractor.

Efficiency Vermont is Vermont's energy efficiency utility, providing information, technical assistance, and financial incentives to help Vermonters identify and pay for cost-effective approaches to energy-efficient building design, construction, renovation, equipment, lighting, and appliances in homes and businesses. Efficiency Vermont is administered by the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC), an independent non-profit energy services organization under contract to the Vermont Public Utility Commission.
