Focus Population
Provides public awareness and education to promote community wellness and to prevent the misuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, with an emphasis on youth substance use prevention. Collaborates with other wellness programs, schools, and communities to help them promote healthy behaviors and reduce health risks.

WEST RIVER VALLEY THRIVES
West River Valley Thrives (WRVT) is a non-profit organization serving the communities of the West River Valley through education and collaboration. Their mission is to promote wellness and prevent the misuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, with an emphasis on youth substance use prevention. WRVT also supports events, initiatives and programs such as Above the Influence, Our Voices Exposed and Vermont Kids Against Tobacco, Y2Y Leadership Conference, and the Butt Challenge.
