Housing Trust of Rutland County is a regional non-profit agency developing and managing affordable rental properties and mobile home lots in Rutland County and the town of Ludlow in Windsor County. Rental properties include individual, family, and senior apartments, as well as mobile home lots available to qualified low and moderate income residents.
