Fixed Fees for Adoption vary depending on type and age of animal
Rutland county, Vermont
Provides shelter and adoption services for stray or surrendered pets. All cats, dogs, and rabbits at the shelter are spayed or neutered and undergo behavior modification as necessary before being adopted out. Adoption includes a voucher for one free examination with your local veterinarian. Performs euthanasia only in circumstances of highly aggressive or extremely ill animals at the shelter. In addition, offers a means of reporting a missing pet via a form on the website.
