Provides a faith-based, safe and stable drug and alcohol-free home and supportive services with the goal of helping residents to transition to independent living and reassimilation into communities. Home environments are "family-style" where residents support one another in their recovery and cooperate to manage the household.

Covered Bridge Therapeutic Communities is a non-profit, faith-centered organization providing long-term residential aftercare and transitional support services to men in recovery who are leaving an institutional setting or substance abuse treatment program and are transitioning back to the communities in the Northeast Kingdom.
