Income Guidelines Apply; Pregnant Women; Post-partum Women With Children Birth to Age 5; Fathers, grandparents, and kin/foster parents may apply for WIC benefits for children in their care. Applicants who receive SNAP/3SquaresVT, Reach Up, Medicaid/Dr. Dynasaur are automatically eligible.
