Also assists with applying to programs for household needs that may affect health, such as food assistance, fuel assistance, and/or housing assistance.

VALLEY HEALTH CONNECTIONS
Valley Health Connections is a non-profit service organization that assists individuals in accessing prescriptions, dental care, and funding for medical care. Valley Health Connections screens and assists with health insurance through Vermont Health Connect and Medicaid and screens for other state and federal programs to see if individuals may be eligible.
