Provides fast track medical services to individuals who have minor medical problems that do not require complex diagnostic work, including: colds, flu, infections, muscle strains and sprains, cuts, insect stings and bites, rashes and stomach aches. Services include common immunizations, sports and school physicals, lab testing, and x-rays.

Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region (CHCRR) is part of the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system of clinics. CHCRR operates four primary health care clinics throughout Rutland County and one in Addison County, a pediatric clinic in Rutland City, ExpressCare facilities in Castleton and Rutland, and dental clinics in Rutland City and the Town of Shoreham.
