Provides in-home pediatric care with skilled nursing, therapies, and specific procedures. Provides physical therapists to do growth and development assessments, to establish exercise routines, to monitor progress, and to assist families with obtaining adaptive equipment. Also offers support and information to parents and family members who have previously experienced the loss of an infant.

The Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of the Southwest Region is a non-profit, Medicare-certified, home health care and hospice agency delivering services to residents of Southwestern Vermont. Care is provided to adults who need in-home assistance, rehabilitation, long term care, or end-of-life care, as well as to critically ill children and to vulnerable young families. The Agency promotes the general welfare of residents through health promotion outreach and community wellness programs.
