Provides low-interest rehabilitation loans and grants to make essential repairs on homes in order to eliminate health, safety and/or accessibility issues. Home repair assistance also may include technical support, home maintenance workshops, special grants, home inspection, assistance in creating job specifications and finding estimates, and ongoing project support.

RuralEdge is a rural regional non-profit organization providing affordable quality housing, community development, property management, financial services, and education. Services include creation and preservation of affordable housing for individuals with low to moderate incomes, provision of homeownership education and services, and facilitation of community development and renewal in Caledonia, Essex and Orleans Counties. RuralEdge rebuilds, rehabilitates, leases, and manages properties and supports residents with information, education, counseling, and access to resources for repairs.
