Provides progressive levels of community support and supervision for at-risk youth or for youth who are on probation. Community case managers provide home-based support such as curfew checks and assuring youth’s activities are consistent with probation conditions.

CENTER FOR RESTORATIVE JUSTICE

Center for Restorative Justice (CRJ) is a non-profit restorative justice organization that works with citizens, local and state government, and law enforcement agencies to provide restorative responses to crime and conflict in Bennington County. Programs promote restorative practices by increasing community involvement in finding solutions to crime through alternatives to the formal court process and through intervention services using restorative justice practices. Programs include Court Diversion, Driving with License Suspension (DLS) Diversion Program, Youth Substance Abuse Safety Program (YSASP), school based programs, Restorative Alternative Program (RAP), Reparative Programs, Community Reentry Programs, Afterschool Mentoring Programs, Threads, and other restorative justice programs.
