Provides a full range of hospice nursing care and supportive services for individuals with a limited life expectancy to help them achieve the best quality of life. Also provides comprehensive palliative care nursing and support care to individuals in need of management of pain and other symptoms whether or not they have a life limiting illness to help them achieve the best possible quality of life.

Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice is a non-profit, Medicare-certified home health agency delivering services to Central Vermonters of all ages. Care is provided to adults who need in-home assistance, rehabilitation, long term care, or end-of-life care, as well as to critically ill children and to vulnerable young families. Services include Home Care, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitative Therapies, Maternal Child Health Services, Pediatric Nursing, and Private Duty Nursing Services.
