Provides training that introduces new riders to the public transit system and teaches them to use bus service effectively. Participants are educated first in a classroom setting and then paired with an experienced travel advisor to learn the basic components of the system, including routes, fares, schedules, and policies. Helps build confidence in riding the bus and traveling independently. Accepts volunteers to serve as travel advisors.
