Lamoille Home Health and Hospice is a non-profit, Medicare-certified, home health care agency delivering services to residents of Lamoille County. Care is provided to adults who need in-home assistance, rehabilitation, long term care, or end-of-life care, as well as to critically ill children and to vulnerable young families. Services include Home Care, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitative Therapies, Maternal Child Health Services, and Pediatric Nursing.
