Trains about the dangers of shaking a baby or toddler and teaches ways to comfort them safely. Educates about safe sleep practices and nurturing toddler care. Program includes curricula and educational materials, as well as training for programs such as Hospital Education Program, School-Based Education, SBS 101 Program, and Dads' 101/BabyBasics Program.

Prevent Child Abuse Vermont, a statewide non-profit child abuse prevention organization, provides child abuse prevention information; offers educational courses and support groups for parents; child abuse prevention workshops for professionals; and Shaken Baby Syndrome Prevention training.
