Offers a full-time job training program in which participants learn the skills necessary for a job in the culinary industry. Training program offers hands-on experience. Participants can earn attendance bonuses, job placement support, and possible college credits.

Capstone Community Action is a regional community action agency that provides a continuum of case management services, advocacy and assistance to help move families, in over 56 towns located primarily in Washington, Lamoille and Orange Counties, from anti-poverty to self-sufficiency. Programs and services include case management and advocacy, Early Head Start/Head Start, food programs, homelessness prevention, transportation assistance, emergency fuel assistance, weatherization information and assistance, small business development, individual development accounts, and tax preparation assistance.
