Provides occasional nursing and rehabilitative therapies in the patient's home. Skilled Nursing Services include nursing care, case management, and client and family education. Provides clients with social workers who offer coordination of community services and resources, client and family counseling, and navigating the health care system. Licensed Nursing Assistants provide home health assistance, including personal care assistance, light housekeeping, and help with normal daily living activities.

Bayada is also a designated provider of Vermont's Choices for Care, a long term home health care program and Vermont's Traumatic Brain Injury Program (TBI Waiver) provider for community support services of individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury.
