Provides support for individuals in crisis through a confidential and secure texting intervention model that allows trained crisis counselors to receive texts and respond quickly to texters. Trained crisis counselors respond within five minutes to help texters out of a moment of crisis by providing guided safety planning and assisting with the creation of plans on how texters can continue to feel better.
