PEOPLE'S HEALTH AND WELLNESS CLINIC

People's Health and Wellness Clinic is a non-profit community clinic providing free primary health care and health education to uninsured and underinsured residents of the greater central Vermont region who cannot otherwise afford these services. Specific services include: medical care, complementary holistic health care, mental health services, and dental hygiene including x-ray and fluoride treatment. Also provided are referrals to dentists and other specialists, diagnostic testing, and prescription medications. Application and enrollment assistance is also provided for state health insurance programs, hospital and pharmaceutical patient financial assistance and medications.
