Survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking; Vermont resident or about to become one; Relocating to an address unknown to the perpetrator; Referral Required from local Victim Advocate or Victim Assistance Programs, or local agencies of the Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence

Provides the use of a Montpelier post office box address. The substitute address has no relation to the participant's actual address. First-class mail and service of process are then forwarded, at no cost, to the participant's actual location. Participants can vote, get a driver's license, get married, register births, etc. without fear of being located by their perpetrator.
