Community Rides Vermont is a non-profit organization that aims to meet unmet transportation needs, such as last minute ride requests, offering different times of day, and covering geographic areas not serviced by public transit in Washington and neighboring towns in Orange County. Trained drivers provide safe door-to-door trips in a fleet of zero-emissions electric SUVs. Rides can be for traveling to work, school, social and recreational activities, shopping, and appointments.
