Provides the loan of an electric usage meter for up to three weeks, so that electric customers can be better able to identify the connection between their appliance use and the amount of their electric bills. Meters can be used to measure energy usage of appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, home entertainment systems, electric space heaters, and air conditioners. Meters CANNOT be used for appliances over 120 volts/15 amps, such as clothes dryers, electric ranges, or water heaters.
