Provides in-home visitation by a registered nurse to women during pregnancy and following delivery for a mutually agreed upon period of time. Services provided to the family during this time are decided upon in partnership with the family and are particular to each family's needs and desires. Services may include healthy pregnancy information, prenatal nutrition counseling, early childhood development information, parenting education, home safety information, as well as referrals to healthcare, childcare, continuing education, job training, and other community support services.

Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) is a non-profit, Medicare-certified, home health care agency delivering services to residents of southeastern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire. Care is provided to adults who need in-home assistance, nursing, rehabilitation, long term care, adult day services or end-of-life care, as well as to critically ill children and to vulnerable young families. VNH also encourages the general welfare of residents through health promotion outreach and community wellness programs. Services include Home Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitative Therapies, Maternal Child Health Services, Pediatric Nursing, Pediatric Palliative Care, and Private Duty Services.
