Provides intensive wraparound services based on the distinctive needs, strengths, values and preferences of the child and family. Services include clinical case management; comprehensive multidisciplinary assessment; psychiatric consultation and medication management; individual, group and family therapy; substance abuse services; respite, education, community skills training; family reintegration; parent education; 24-hour crisis response; and other individualized services as needed.

NFI Vermont (Northeastern Family Institute Vermont) is a private, non-profit, Specialized Service Agency (SSA) within the Vermont statewide mental health system. With a focus on healing, it is grounded in trauma-informed care. NFI VT serves individuals, youth and their families, coping with the challenges of severe trauma, emotional disturbances and/or intense dysregulation across settings.
