Provides transitional housing and support services through targeted case management, service coordination, and coordinated access to affordable housing. Family Supportive Housing (FSH) provides intensive, customized, case management services to families that present with a higher degree of complexity and service need.

SUNRISE FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER

Sunrise Family Resource Center is a non-profit child, youth, and family services organization serving Bennington County and surrounding areas. Services include parent education and support, child care resource and referral, assistance in completing applications for child care financial assistance, early care and education, family development services for young parents, teen parent education programs, home-based family preservation and reunification services, and transitional services for youth. Sunrise provides access to concrete supports such as a community diaper bank and food pantry, and provides outreach visits to Bennington County families with young children through Children's Integrated Services (CIS).
