Provides transitional housing program for individuals and families who are at risk of becoming homeless or who are homeless in order to increase their level of self-sufficiency and ultimately transition from homelessness to permanent housing.

COTS (Committee on Temporary Shelter) is a private, non-profit advocacy and services agency providing a continuum of services in Chittenden County. COTS offers emergency shelter, homelessness prevention assistance, services, and transitional and permanent housing for those who are homeless and marginally housed.
