Focus Population
Provides public awareness and education to promote community wellness and to reduce substance use and abuse, with an emphasis on youth substance use prevention. Collaborates with other wellness programs, youth-serving organizations, schools, and communities to help them promote healthy behaviors and reduce health risks.

Black River Area Community Coalition (BRACC) is a non-profit organization serving the towns of Chester, Ludlow, Mount Holly, and Plymouth through education and collaboration to promote wellness and prevent the misuse of alcohol, cannabis, nicotine, tobacco and other drugs, with an emphasis on increasing protective factors for youth in the community. BRACC also provides a teen center.
