Provides funding for clothing vouchers for coats, mittens, gloves, hats, scarves, boots and other winter clothing. Funding for vouchers is distributed to schools within the four regional supervisory unions where vouchers will then be available.

United Way of Windham County (UWWC) is a non-profit community development organization for Windham County, Vermont. UWWC is committed to strengthening communities by supporting and initiating programs in the areas of education, income and health, and does so by conducting an annual fund raising campaign, managing a fund distribution process using community volunteers, and working collaboratively with the community to mobilize resources for special projects and initiatives to meet community needs.
