NEIGHBORHOOD CONNECTIONS
Neighborhood Connections is a non-profit community resource center for connecting local residents to health and social services in the greater Londonderry area. Services include assistance with benefit applications, health care referrals, social services referrals, transportation, individual advocacy, and access to general health and wellness programs.
