Provides services and programs for victims of crime, which includes informing victims about their rights, offender status, safety planning, and wrap-around services. Offers assistance to victims participating in the offender release process or parole board hearings, reviews requests for victims concerning offender contact, and referrals to community support resources such as support groups and counseling.
