Services are provided by students in training, and include oral hygiene (cleaning), dental sealants, fluoride treatment, and complete mouth x-rays

Vermont Technical College (VTC), now part of Vermont State University, is a public college offering associate and bachelor degree programs in a number of technical fields, in addition to workforce apprenticeships in electrical, plumbing and manufacturing. The Dental Hygiene program provides dental hygiene services and dental x-rays to the general public.
